It brings me so much joy! I 'eat clean' 90% of the time but cream in my coffee is a necessity! I don't think there is anything wrong with your one vice - unless of course you are drinking 5 cups a day!! Hold on to it and enjoy it to its fullest each day!!Carrie's Catchall Cachepothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13230763578397839297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358898427016224886.post-46045895973923319212010-12-18T10:51:00.915-05:002010-12-18T10:51:00.915-05:00great photo!your giving me a good shove in the rig...great photo!your giving me a good shove in the right direction and maybe some other recruits toodonnakeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07960715231833670973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358898427016224886.post-36695621701116509622010-12-17T22:19:57.601-05:002010-12-17T22:19:57.601-05:00Congrats on winning the one-month membership. You can do it and I look forward to the results (from someone who never though she could quit coffee and did, I'm sure you can stop having cream and not miss it). So proud of you!Emmanuelle Louise Goodierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18257414763440907658noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358898427016224886.post-48567028226641769392010-12-17T10:38:23.061-05:002010-12-17T10:38:23.061-05:00Way to go, Julie! I am proud of you for challenging yourself and wish I could join you at the gym!Lanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06592532417364025009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358898427016224886.post-13295780139772522992010-12-17T09:24:25.530-05:002010-12-17T09:24:25.530-05:00My view is if you're going to do something, do...My view is if you're going to do something, do it right! So on my trip to the grocery store yesterday, I bought the full fat, organic egg nog, rather than the thin, watery stuff they try to sell as "low fat." Enjoy your coffee and cream Julie - if you eat relatively healthy, I doubt the little cream/sugar every day has any effect on buddha! :o)Misty Pratthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04107274364128577601noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7358898427016224886.post-13981699418713908992010-12-17T07:19:53.775-05:002010-12-17T07:19:53.775-05:00This week I bought some 1% milk because I've g...This week I bought some 1% milk because I've gotten used to drinking homogenized (which I buy for the kids)...so, I poured 1% on my oatmeal, but cream in my coffee! I agree, the remainder of my belly is likely made entiredly of coffee cream. May have to reduce my intake too! Way to go!
